How It works?

Step 1: Place your order for a premade design or a full custom card.

Step 2: We will arrange pickup by FedEx. For security purposes, freeze your card, place it in a non-see-through envelope, and then send it.

Step 3: Once we receive your card, we will start working on it. We will create a mockup and send it to you for approval. After you approve, we will engrave the card, transplant the chip, and securely transfer the magnetic stripe data to the metal.

Step 4: Once your luxury customized card is ready, we will send it back to you along with your old plastic card.

How can I be sure it’s safe?

At Artysio, we prioritize your financial security above all else. To ensure maximum protection, we suggest ‘freezing’ your card before sending it to us. You can have complete confidence knowing that we do not record any personal data. Our technology is designed solely to transfer information securely from one point to another, without storing any of your data.

Will tap and pay still work?

Unfortunately, no. Except for the tap feature, the chip and magnetic stripe will continue to function. Our credit cards are made of metal, which is too thick for the frequency needed for tap and pay transactions to pass through. However, you can still use tap and pay features through Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Eliminating tap and RFID features from your card can significantly reduce the risk of fraud, as these features can pose security risks.

Does it work everywhere?

Yes! Your new metal card is functional at ATMs and POS machines worldwide. However, we recommend avoiding machines that require full card insertion, as the weight of metal cards may cause ejection issues. For optimal performance, use part-insertion devices where you can see and handle the card more easily.

How long will it take ?

Within the UAE, we offer same-day completion and delivery of your card. For international orders, the total processing time is 4-5 working days with DHL or FedEx.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we provide global shipping using express services through FedEx or DHL.

Do your cards come with a warranty?

Artysio offers a six-month warranty for any functional defects in your card. We are committed to customer satisfaction and stand behind our product.
